I started as an intern and joined the firm full-time after graduation. As a supervisor, I collaborate with a team to fulfill the needs of our clients. The audit engagement in-charge will delegate tasks and responsibilities to the team members.
Since joining Accuity, I’ve learned the importance of communication and collaboration, within the team and with our clients. Effective communication plays an integral part in a smooth and successful audit. Ensuring that everyone involved is informed about the progress of the audit enhances the efficiency and quality.
